Siwierka (Suh-work-uh) Research is an evaluation and grant research firm that partners with non-profits and businesses to improve their services by building better systems to measure data and make strategic decisions. I created the firm in 2024 because I believe in the good work that community-focused organizations are already doing. I advocate for organizations to continue helping their communities by finding grants and amplifying the story of their impact.  I view the grants world as a holistic experience, with securing funds and evaluating grants as part of one and the same process of supporting mission-driven work.

Siwierka Research leverages a decade of experience evaluating youth development, family literacy, STEM education, and workforce development initiatives funded by foundations, state governments, and the federal government (NSF ATE, NSF IUSE, NSF S-STEM, and DOL Scaling Apprenticeships). Previous and current clients include community and technical colleges, four-year universities, foundations, non-profits, coalitions and partnerships, faith-based organizations, and businesses.

Grant support experience includes prospect research and grantwriting for healthcare and recreation non-profits, as well as grant compliance and administration within higher education.

I also subcontract for other firms, supporting the full scope of research and evaluation activities for specific projects.
